[SALE 50% OFF] Tamahagane Dial

$30.00
Sold Out

Limited Edition Damascus Steel. Silver plated .925 Sterling.

Tamahagane which translates to "Jewel Steel" is the the steel used for making Japanese Katana blades. The process of folding the steel into layers gives the katana its characteristic traits of strength and flexibility. The Kanji at 3 o'clock translates to "Fire" and the Kanji at 9 o'clock translates to "Strength".

The "1" in the 12 o'clock index is a Katana sword handle with the infamous diamond pattern seen with the wrapping.

The 6 o'clock index is a traditional Japanese kunai dagger.

The damascus pattern was taken from an actual sword and was not drawn or designed, this was the actual layering of steel on a katana sword.
