Open Heart Pulsations 18K Gold Plated Dial

$60.00

The dial design is the result of months of crafting and prototyping and 18K gold plated. Below is a breakdown of the details present on the dial.

1- An Open anatomical front view of the human heart, highlighting the skeletonized movement below. The pallet forks oscillate in the apex area of the ventricular region giving a realistic feel to the myocardial contractions.

2- The Pulsations meter in the upper right quadrant of the dial can be used to quickly assess heart rate. The scaling of the numbers is done perfectly and was tested repeatedly and validated via digital readers.

3- The ECG waveform is physiologically accurate and represents the different stages of depolarization of the heart muscle during the contractile cycle.

4- Anatomic labels are embossed in a subtle fashion around the structures, vessels, and ECG waveform.

5- Japanese script in the bottom center of the dial translates to “Open Heart” paying homage to the Japanese Seiko movement at the heart of the watch, no pun intended.

6- (Easter Egg ) Little Cupid!
